SilverStar has a full time, year round, well trained and efficient housekeeping staff to take care of guests and owners. By eliminating the outsourcing of these services, we provide a more complete service to our clients at a lower cost. Our housekeeping directors have a combined 20 years of experience and have been with the company for over 12 years. Their commitment to excellence in asset management is unmatched in the Telluride market. We provide the best in-room amenities to our guests including triple sheeting, flat screen TV's, access to wireless internet, daily housekeeping, and 24 hour concierge service.
SilverStar has a full time, year round maintenance staff keeping up on all daily and seasonal maintenance for our owners and guests. Routine weekly inspections including pre and post festival, holiday and high season maintenance checks ensure that an owner's investment is well cared for and appreciates as intended. Our maintenance staff has combined 50 years of experience.
Our guest service and concierge teams are available to all rental guests, owner guests, and owners. Our guest services play a key role in our strong repeat clientele and new guest retention. Experience, knowledge of the area, and connections to activity providers are important keys to our service. We demand that our guest service goes above and beyond all guest expectations. Services include:
- Pre-arrival vacation planning
- Check-in at the unit

SilverStar has several options available to our clients for management services. We strive to minimize the additional charges that appear on your statement. Our base contract includes:
- Daily housekeeping for all rental guests
- All Laundry/Linen services
- All amenities and supplies
- Year-round weekly inspections
- Minor maintenance
